ANNEX C (Aviation Support) (281st AHC (-)) to After Action Report 2-69(U).

1.(C) General:

a. Aviation support was provided by the 281st Assault Helicopter Company (-) to

Detachment B-52 (PROJECT DELTA), 5th SFGA during the period 05 May through 02

July 1969. The operation was supported by 83 personnel. There were six UH-1H

helicopters and four UH-1C helicopters. The operation was supported in the following

manner.

(1) Total flying hours: 1,050:36

(2) Total night flying hours: 28:30

(3) Total sorties flown: 2,172

(4) Total tasks flown: 856

(5) Number of passengers flown: 2,881

(6) Weight of cargo flown: 28,700
