10th Combat Aviation Battalion...

The 10th Combat Aviation Battalion, Headquartered at Dong Ba Thin, RVN was the next higher headquarters for the 281st AHC.  The 10th Combat Aviation Battalion provided Command and Control of non-organic Army Aviation units to the 17th Combat Aviation Group.

The 10th Combat Aviation Battalion is now the 10th Aviation Brigade of the 10th Mountain Division stationed at Ft Drum, New York.  They adopted the Lineage and Honors of the old 10th CAB.  There is a park, "Vagabond Park," near the Brigade HQ Building that honors the units of the 10th CAB in Vietnam.  The 281st AHC has a monument in the park.
